Welcome to Maple Hill Farm, your source for pure maple syrup and more! We are a diversified, modern American Farm that offers numerous products and services. Number one is our Pure, Certified Naturally Grown, New York Maple Syrup that has been produced by our family for five generations.

We are located in Central New York, on the edge of the Northern Catskills. The beauty of the land is inspiration enough to come visit us if you are in the area. We have a country store where you can purchase our syrup, sugar candy, maple cream. preserves, pancakes mixes, bulk organic foods, eggs and a host of other local products and gift items. You can also take a tour of our Sap House year round, but of course the best time is when we are boiling.

We produce our pure Maple Syrup the old-fashioned way with a wood-fired evaporator. This is a time-honored tradition in the Putnam family, and the syrup that is produced has body, beautiful color and rich taste. By producing our syrup this way we are also adhering to the Weston A. Price Foundation’s principles of feeding our bodies and souls with wholesome, organic foods produced in the simplest, least processed way.
